One of the most famous and sold dishes in the Asian countries is chicken Biryani. No meal or a dinner is complete without chicken Biryani in Asian countries as well as in other continents. Various forms of Biryani are present. Everyone makes in his/her own way. However it is traditionally served with different vegetable salad and people love it.

You need following things to make a delicious chicken Biryani:

Apart from this you need small amounts of red chili, ground spice mixture, green chili, green coriander, mint, lemon, kewra, milk (1 cup) and cooking oil (1 Cup).

- First of all add 1 cup of oil in the pan.
- Add onions in the oil and start frying it. After sometime its color will be changed from pink to light brown.
- Now separately add chicken in another pan and cook till the water evaporates.
- Add garlic, ginger and other spices like salt and turmeric in the pan.
- Now roast the chicken properly.
- Now add rest of the things in it. Potatoes, Tomatoes, red and green chili, Lemon and yogurt in it.
- Simmer on low heat.
- Take another pan and add some water in it. Now boil Rice in this water.
- When the rice tenderizes a little, take another pan and spread a layer of rice first.
- Now make the layer of curry above it. Then add another layer of rice on it.
- In the end add food color in the small amount of kewra and add in the rice.
- Cover whole the rice now and simmer for at least 10-20 minutes.
Your chicken Biryani is ready now. You can serve this hot and delicious chicken Biryani with vegetable salad.
